Mack and Gunnar

My two little guys fill my days with lots of memories that I don't want to forget. Mack is at the stage of now putting sentences together and copying everything Rock and I say and do. The other day I told him not to touch the mirror and today he told me not to touch the mirror as I was cleaning it and that he would spank my butt and go to the time out chair. He sings "I Am A Child of God" and I am amazed by his memory.

I can't believe Gunnar is now 3 months old. I had to take a picture of him sleep because this doesn't happen often. He is a cat napper who only takes naps for 30 minutes at the most. He loves when anyone talks to him and that is when he is the most happiest. He smiles and smiles a coos at you. The problem is I can't talk to him always since I have a busy two year old.

Here Gunnar is wide away..Can't get my camera to take a quick picture of him smiling.

Gunnar and I are very excited that he will have a cousin about his age to play with. My sister Katye had a baby boy a couple of days ago and we are excited to have him here finally and that he is a boy for Gunnar to play with! I feel bad for Mack. He has no cousins on both sides of the family his age but he still has his buddy Hunter who is so patient and sweet with Mack. Mack also loves his cousins Jex and Dykell. Dykell is so great to play with him.

Have you tried turning the flash off for the pictures - sometimes they'll take faster that way. Put him in some sunlight and snap away - maybe it will work.

They are so cute. All of us with two or more kids know what you mean. You regret the time you can't spend with #2 cuz of #1 and vice versa. However, #2 is getting attention from #1 and learning from him just by watching. You'll be amazed at how fast he learns and how smart is cuz big brother is around.

Love ya girl!

What cute, sweet boys! It's crazy how much Gunnar is growing and changing. It all happens too fast! But, hopefully he'll start sleeping better for you. Emelyn was a HORRIBLE sleeper for her first 7-8 months, but now she's pretty good. It's amazing to look back and think of how little sleep you can survive on. Good luck!

Shanie these boys are so cute! I still can't even believe you have 2 little boys. It doesn't seem that along ago we were going to dinner and institute. We were a couple of nerds weren't we? It does make me smile to see you with 2 little boys and your husband. It's a great site to see!

Oh my gosh Shanie, that little baby of yours is SOOO cute. We have the same little outfit he's wearing in one of the pics and it makes me excited to bust it out.
