I have stress and lots of it. Apparently this stress is not good for your body and in my cause this is evident for two reasons. One, when I get stressed I eat lots and lots of unhealthy food. This makes me feel sick to my stomach from all the bad food, ornery, and I have no energy. I don't feel like exercising either. Second, it causes me to have back muscle spasms. I guess when you have lots of bad stress it weakens muscles and if you twique your back muscles just right you get a lower back ache which is not fun especially with two kids who need you 24/7.
Why is it that when you don't feel your best and would love to just lay down to rest your kids seem to be at their worst behavior.
Factors leading to my stress=kids room getting remodeled so all their furniture and their beds in my room. Kids not going to bed until 10:30pm and waking up at 5:30 am, Rock working nights and every night he goes in at a different time. One night it's 8pm, another night 4pm, another 5:30 pm. Getting woke up almost every hour between Gunnar and Mack and Rock calling to check up and calling to tell me he is home unlock the door. Tree branches falling down and having no way to haul them off since we have no truck, finances, and my job. I hope my back starts feeling better so I can start exercising again like i use to ( going to need to do lots of exercising after this week the way I have been eating) this might help reduce my stress.

Yeah I know what you mean. I get that back pain once a month. Sheesh Shane, I didn't read anything in this thread that would cause anyone to be stressed. Quit cryin! Haha! Just playing! Hang in there girl. YOu're going to make it!
