Mack...oh you are oh soooo funny!

Last night I put Mack down to bed and told him he need to stay in bed or he would get into trouble. He has been getting out of bed several times the last few nights and I was getting frustrated with him. Rock was not home yet as he was working late again.

I was on my phone talking to Rock when I went
downstairs to check on Mack since he wasn't asleep yet and I was
afraid he was going to wake up Gunnar.
Apparently, un be knownst to me, I left my phone downstairs.
Mack got a hold of the phone and started to call all in my speed dial.

He called my sister three times, my grandma 5 times, my dad and mom 3 times looking for his dad. Mack misses his dad as he has had to work long hours these past few weeks. Rock always takes Mack down to bed so this was a little sad for Mack having his mom put him to bed.

Rock called my phone and Mack answered. Rock asked if he could talk to "mom" and Mack preceded to say
"No dad, I don't think that is going to happen."
Guess he knew he would get introuble if he left his bed.

Oh I love you Mack, you are one observant little boy and really listen and remember everything your mom and dad says.

Oh and sorry to all who got multiple calls last night around 8:30. Mack was just wondering where his dad was.

Mack got to spend all day Saturday with his cousins. They took off their shirts and wrestledduring commercials of the BYU/Gonzaga game.
Here they are showing their muscles!

You are so tough Mack!

That is funny. Parker has started this thing where if I ask him what he is doing he says "well, are you going to get mad at me?" Kids have it figured out. That is pretty impressive that he stayed in his bed and just entertained himself!:) And in regards to your last post, I think you are doing a great job. We are all our own worst critics. I am reading a book right now that is REALLY helping me to realize our purpose on earth- it helps you cut yourself a little slack. It's called "The Incomparable Christ" (I think) by Vaughn J. Featherstone. Very good, I think you would really enjoy it. Good luck with everything. You are awesome.
