Summerfest here in Orem was last weekend. So we went to the carnival on Friday afternoon when the weather was hot. The boys loved it.

Riding the farris wheel with dad. Mack loved this ride, but Rock and Gunnar hated the ride. Rock was freaking out the whole ride yelling to me I hate this ride, I am freaking out.
Mack on the swings. Saturday we went to the parade and froze. Saturday morning and early afternoon the weather was great, but around 2:30 pm the wind picked up and by 7pm when the parade started it was freezing. We made it through a little over half the parade. Just too cold. So much for going Wednesday night at 11pm to save us a place to watch the parade. Before the parade we had dinner with our good friends the Leishman's. Mack's favorite part of the parade was the policemen on motorcycles and the firetrucks. I loved to watch my boys faces with each float and attraction at the parade.
Gunnar reading books on the dryer. Some things we have done so far this summer is visit the library, gone to the Redwoods splash pad twice, had some BBQ's with good friends, and to trafalga.

I missed watching the parade with you this year. It was a tradition hopefully we can be there next year. thanks so much for being such a great friend.
